When Luis Valdez came to the East Coast from San Diego, he fell in
love with the seacoast. What he missed most was authentic, fresh
Mexican food. He decided to fill a huge void in the area by bringing
the recipes of his family. Along with his wife, Ramona they opened the
doors in October of 2004.
Loco Coco’s Tacos started as a small one room walk up counter. Even
as it has grown to a full service Cantina and dining room, Locos has
never lost its passion for fresh, authentic flavors.
